Can I share an image?
Yes, If you have an image or some reference you would like us to design for you, you can send it to us via submit your design but with a minimum quantity order of 20 pieces. If you do not have the actual image, simply describe it to us, and we will bring it to life!
How quickly will I receive my first design proof?
After submitting your bulk order, we will reach out to you within one business day, and provide you design proof very quickly to verify. In the case of truly complex designs, it may take longer than usual time. We will let you know if this is the case.
Do you send the final designs/proofs before the production?
We took proper measure to ensure the quality and only after the final design approval we proceed with production. We send proof of apprarel on customer request although its not mandatory.
How long does it take to receive my order?
